Germany enacts law to help Cooperatives mitigate COVID-19 impact

The Law was passed by the Bundestag on 27th March 2020, to Mitigate the Consequences of the COVID-19 Pandemic in Civil, Insolvency and Criminal Procedure Law for Cooperatives, Associations, Foundations and home owners.
