Bombay High Court discusses 'Are Co-operative societies now a part of ‘constitutional scheme’ by Constitution (Ninety-seventh Amendment) Act, 2011?' The judgement reinforces the fact that cooperative societies are part of the constitutional scheme as cooperative societies have been inserted in the Constitution of India as Part IX B by way of the Constitution (Ninety-seventh Amendment) Act, 2011 w.e.f. 15.02.2012.
