A bill to make provision for the holding of certain meetings of credit unions by remote means due to Covid-19, to make exceptional provision in relation to the operation of certain provisions of the Credit Union Act 1997 for a certain period; to make certain provision for the term of office of members of the Irish Fiscal Advisory Council and for that purpose to amend the Fiscal Responsibility Act 2012; to make provision in relation to certain loan agreements entered into by the State with the European Union and for that purpose to amend the Credit Institutions (Stabilisation) Act 2010; and to provide for related matters.
