An Act to provide for the formation, registration, regulation, management, functioning and dissolution of co-operative societies in accordance with co-operative principles and in pursuance of Government policy and self-reliance; to provide for the formation of a National Co-operative Federation; to provide for the establishment of a Central Cooperative Fund; and to provide for matters connected with or incidental to the foregoing.
